J. William “Will” Fawcett, Sr. is the founder of Fawcett Consulting Group. Will received his Juris Doctorate from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2012. At Cumberland, he was the President of the Georgia Student Bar and the Marketing Chair of the Cordell Hull Speaker’s Forum. Will is a Georgia attorney that practices in the areas Estate Planning and Corporate Law. While Will’s office is in Atlanta, he has a truly statewide practice. He is fond of saying that “I have done wills from Blairsville to Brunswick.”
When Will is not practicing law he is coaching soccer at his alma mater Whitefield Academy, or serving as a Deacon at King Springs Baptist Church. Will also enjoys target shooting, golf, and camping with his wife, Carter, and son, Jack.
John Fawcett serves as our head Shooting, Hunting, and Outdoor industry consultant, as well as our corporate paralegal. Before coming to Fawcett Consulting, John was president and CEO of Guardian Chemical, Inc. John also has over thirty years of working in the shooting, hunting, and outdoor industries for multiple companies serving in various capacities from assembly technician to VP of Marketing.
